RATINGS: 90 Points and Editor’s Choice, Wine Enthusiast
"This is quite an Interesting wine, and it just shows how a little creative blending can lift an ordinary wine up. The dominant Sauvignon blanc brings the usual citrus and grassy acidity, while the 8% of Viognier ands flowery perfume, and the 10% Verdelho brings more acidity, and lemongrass, green apple edge. Flavors of meyer lemon, grapefruit, green and dried grasses dominate this fruit-driven wine. It is light to medium bodied with a bright entry, round mid-palate, and a touch of heat on the finish. The viogner and verdehlo add weight and texture, making this wine more than just a simple quaffer. It is perfect with soft cheeses, charcuterie, and shellfish."
