The Le Bellerive di Valdobbiadene Prosecco Sparkling Wine is from a small, charming, family run winery that makes beautiful hand crafted proseccos. Produced from 100% Prosecco di Valdobbiadene grapes, this sparkling wine has a light straw color and very small and very dense bubbles. It is aged 4 months using the typical charmat method used in Champagne. One of the elements that has guaranteed the Prosecco di Conegliano a constant high level of quality throughout the century has been the presence in its production area of the School of Viticulture and Oenology of Conegliano, which was founded in 1876.

Prosecco is both the name of the grape and the wine, which is uniquely Italian, completely versatile and never boring! The DOC location of the winery is very important as most prosecco producers are outside of this prestigious DOC region. Winemaker and owner Remigio Ruggeri has created an innovative difference in making his Prosecco by keeping the wine at a constant low temperature (15c to -4c) during the entire winemaking Charmat method process. Made from 100% Prosecco di Valdobbiadene grapes grown in higher altitude vineyards.
