This Chablis is a well rounded French Chablis wine that shows a complex nose with pippin apple aromas. It's a balanced and smooth Chablis wine with a smooth, creamy texture, apple / lemon meringue pie flavors and a nice finish. The Chablis Chardonnay grapes are grown from Marly and Chaly soil in the vineyards of Chateau Roux Pere & Fils. The hand picked grapes are then fermented in stainless steel vats, creating a consistently balanced and smooth taste with a pleasing finish. They are then aged 8 months in cellar and stored in stainless steel tanks. It is a perfect wine to serve with seafood, oysters, soft cheeses and hors d'oeuvres. Chateau Roux, Pere & Fils is Burgundy, France's largest boutique wine producer. The domaine's vineyards are located throughout the Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune and Côte Châlonnaise areas. They cultivate their different grape varieties, Chardonnay for white
wines and Pinot Noir for red, on east and south-facing slopes, in a clay and chalk soil. Wines are produced using age-old traditions combined with today’s most advanced technologies (especially in terms of temperature control, analysis, and inspection/
